ZH1X series milling combination machine is a new series of combined milling machine produced by our company. The worktable adopts 1XG series and the milling head adopts 1TX series. Its main drive is helical gear transmission, smooth transmission, feed screw transmission with ball screw drive. The main features of this machine are its high rigidity, high precision and high efficiency. With a suitable milling cutter, the cutter can reach 800mm per minute. Maximum cutting depth 8-10mm, high efficiency machining, can be used for large-surface milling of castings, steel parts and non-ferrous metal parts. It is generally used in some oil machine, tractor and other industry box parts production lines, can adapt to the annual output of 10 - 200,000 units of production capacity requirements.

This series of machine tools is divided into three precision grades: G grade (high precision grade 0.03/600, Ra1.6-3.2um), M grade and P grade (ordinary grade, used for rough milling). High-precision machine tools can be used to mill grinding technology, has been listed as a substitute for imported products.

ZH1X series combination milling machine is the leading product of our company for many years. It has formed series and professional production. The product grade has been controlled from simple PLC to servo numerical control. At present, the company has an annual output of 300 sets of milling machine production capacity, becoming the main production base for domestic surface milling machine tools. Some products have entered the international market.
